Shipping Time: Packages are delivered within 7 - 10 business days after your order is placed. Tracking information will be sent to you once your package is shipped in order to track the item.

Shipping Insurance: All packages are fully insured through the carriers. In case of a loss or damage of the package during transit please reach out to us and we will open an insurance claim with the carrier. 

Import Taxes & Duties: All import taxes and duties are included in our prices displayed on our website for both USA & Canada. There are no surprise duties to pay when receiving your package. The price you paid on the website while ordering is the final price. In case, any carrier is demanding additional payment please reach out to us and we will resolve it.

Condition - Item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes all (dust bags, box, lock etc.). Authenticity tag must not have been removed from the item. 

Time - The item must be postmarked for return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. 

Once you receive the item, please reach out to us via email with your order number if you want to return the item.  We will then send you a free return shipping label with proper insurance. Please ensure you ship the return within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. 

We will inspect the item on arrival to our location and issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the item back. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used to pay for the initial order.

To address this we have developed our item ranking methodology which will allow you to better judge the item condition.  We also incorporate this ranking in our pricing. In addition to item ranking, we take close pictures of the entire bag including any areas showing signs of use. The product description also includes a written note indicating the details of the item condition. All these measures are taken to provide you with full confidence to make a decision regarding your dream bag!
